Holy Week: Luke’s account of the death and resurrection

Monday: Luke 22:1-38
Tuesday: Luke 22:39-62
Wednesday: Luke 22:63 – 23:25
Thursday: Luke 23:26-56
Friday: Luke 24:1-35
Saturday/Sunday: Luke 24:36-53

“For the love of Christ controls us, because we have concluded this: that one has died for all, therefore all have died; and he died for all, that those who live might no longer live for themselves but for him who for their sake died and was raised.” 2 Corinthians 5:14-15

From today’s passage, how does Jesus live for others? How can you live for others in that way? (We’ll do the same question each day this week.)

Meditation and Prayer

This week we are praying through Psalm 119:57-72.

Meditate on Psalm 119:68: “You are good and do good; teach me your statutes.”

Respond: “Lord, you have shown me your goodness in __________.”
